We specialise in concrete grinding and polishing and timber floor restoration, adding that element of luxury, style and sophistication to both residential and retail properties. Previously, this concrete was always covered with some kind of coating but a much
better alternative is to polish the concrete to an Ultrafloor™ finish.
The concrete floor that already exists consists of stone, sand, water and cement – components derived from nature. Diamond tools are used to level and smooth the concrete without the use of any type of chemical or coating.
Other coatings that are often applied to the concrete are solvent based polyurethanes that have an adverse effect on the environment. Other floor systems will need to be eventually replaced where an Ultrafloor™ has an unlimited lifespan.
Concrete is 80 – 85% stone and sand, which means your Ultrafloor™ is comparable to rock!
Clean it in accordance with our recommendations and little more will be needed in the way of maintenance.
